The cooling devices to feed silicone oil from the top and from the bottom makes it possible for synthetic singles of poor resistance to heat to be used for fast speed sewing. It also helps to reduce temperature of needles, prevent stitch disconnection and make stitches steadier.
The machine adopts double straight needles and three loopers to make edge binding and sewing simultaneously in overlocked chain stitches. It raises productivity many folds and is particularly fit for sewing knitted underwear and shirts in bind stitches or straight ones.

The four-thread Super High Speed Overlock Machine in GN2000-4 Type adopts double straight needles and double loopers to form stitches of 514. it can perform edge binding and sewing simultaneously and is suitable to sew knitted underwear, it also takes in inserted strips of cloth.
The Three-thread Super High Speed Overlock Machine in GN2000-3 Type adopts single straight needle and double loopers to form stitches of 504 or 505. When fitted with a specialized binder. It can bind on edge in blind stitches.
