The series machines adopt link thread take-up, link feed mechanism and rotating hook to form stitch 301. And they can sew very heavy material with neat and beauty stitches, low noise, easy maintenance and minimum difference in stitch length between forward and reverse and bottom feed. It is provided with top and bottom feed system and foot alternating lift mechanism, available for sewing leather, synthetic, leather, sofa, cusion etc.
GC0302CX sewing machine is especially suitable for sewing with thick thread.
Gearing oil pump lubricating system is used to keep lubrication at low speed and solve the problem of seal of oil. The main parts of feed mechanism adopt high quality steed, cementn carbon and nitrogen to reinforce figidity. The use of large hook reduces the times of bobbin change.
